We have so far covered the 4 main processes you can use to make your own compost.
In each of the sections we have looked at so far there are a number of organic materials that appear on the "just don't go there" list that some of you will still want to deal with. In this section we will take a brief tour of the most common of them and look at some other compost types that crop up and should get a mention. This includes;
- Composting deciduous leaves for leaf compost or leaf mould
- Dealing with woody stems
- Compost toilets
- Mushroom compost
- Manure compost
If there is another type of compost or organic material you would like to compost and I have not mentioned it, please let me know and I will endeavour to add some information on it for you.
