Returns policy

Returns policy

Goods found to be not in good working order can be returned for exchange. Please contacts us to arrange details.

Payment terms

We currently accept payment by cash, cheque, postal order and Paypal.

  • Paypal transactions are directed to my personal account not Toriga or Eco-Marketplace
  • Cheques must be made payable to Anita Basevi and have your cheque guarantee card number, guarantee card limits, your name and address printed on the reverse.
  • Postal Orders must be made payable to Anita Basevi
  • We do not recommend you send cash through the post. Cash can be accepted when the basketBuyer Collects.

We are working towards payment by credit and debit card and aim to have this facility available to you in the near future.

Ordering goods for buyer collect

When you have made your selection please do the following;

  1. Notify us, using the contact us section, of the following:
    • Which items you would like to buy
    • The colour, if applicable
    • The quantity
    • Where you would like to collect your goods
    • When you would like to collect your goods
    • Your preferred payment method, please not we are currently unable to accept credit or debit card payment.
    • your contact details should there be any problems with your order.
  2. We will e-mail back to you your order confirmation and total order value, with collection times.
  3. Please print off your order confirmation and bring this, with your preferred payment method, to the agreed collection time and place.

N.B. Without your order confirmation it may not be possible to provide you with your order.

Ordering Goods for postal delivery

Once you have identified the goods you would like to buy please do the following;

  1. Send us an e-mail, via the contacts page, notifying us of:
    • what you want to buy
    • the colour of the item, if applicable
    • the size of the item, if applicable
    • the number of items you would like to purchase
    • your contact details, required should we have any problems with your order
  2. We will confirm back to you stock availablility and the total order cost including postage and packaging
  3. Please print the order confirmation and send it with your preferred payment method to the address provided by us.
  4. Upon receipt of payment we will despatch your goods to you.

Delivery

Delivery

We use the Royal Mail first class or standard parcels services for delivery of all our packages. This enables us to get your purchases to you quickly and at a reasonable cost. For peace of mind we also request a signature on delivery.

If you require any special delivery arrangements please let us know with your order, any additional costs will be notified with the order confirmation.

We are only able to despatch goods to locations within the UK.
