Our aim, whenever possible, is to

1. Reduce contribution to land fill by
   1.  learning to reuse what we already have and sharing that knowledge with others,
   2. offering products made from   recycled materials, 
   3. offering a refundable deposit on food containers whenever possible
   4. using  compostable,   recycled or recyclable packaging when we can.
2. Reduce carbon miles by
   1.   trading locally as well as on line,
   2.   buying locally produced goods if possible and buying   British before we look further afield. 
   3. providing a buyer collect service for on-line customers wishing to support a special event or regular venue we are trading at.
3. Reduce our carbon footprint and support endangered forests through the use of  sustainable materials.
4. Buying and offering fair trade ingredients and products so that others less fortunate than us can live improved lives.
